سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع
الشهر الأول
أول شهر علينا، وما نطلب بطاقة. وإذا ما اشتركت بعده، ينتقل حسابك للباقة المجانية بدون أي رسوم.
إلغاء الاشتراك
- تقدر تلغي اشتراكك في أي وقت من حسابك، بضغطة.
- الإلغاء يسري في نهاية فترة الاشتراك الحالية، وتبقى تستخدم مزايا باقتك لين تنتهي، وما ينخصم منك شي بعدها.
- بعد الإلغاء ينتقل حسابك للباقة المجانية، وتبقى بياناتك ومحتواك محفوظة.
الاسترجاع
- الاشتراك الشهري: ما يسترجع عن الأيام المتبقية من الشهر، إلا في الحالات اللي يوجبها النظام.
- الاشتراك السنوي: تقدر تطلب استرجاع كامل خلال 14 يوم من الدفع، إذا ما استخدمت أكثر من 10% من رصيد الشهر الأول.
- الرصيد الإضافي: ما يسترجع بعد الشراء، وصالح 12 شهر.
- المهام الفاشلة: إذا فشلت مهمة لسبب من جهتنا، يرجع الرصيد لحسابك تلقائياً.
- الخصم بالغلط أو التكرار: نرجعه كامل.
الخدمات اليدوية والمشاريع
- الخدمات اللي ينفذها فريقنا (مثل ربط البكسل وتوثيق واتساب) والمشاريع بعرض سعر: تدفع عربون، والباقي لما تستلم الشغل.
- إذا ألغيت قبل ما نبدأ، يرجع لك العربون كامل.
- إذا ما قدرنا ننفذ الخدمة لسبب من جهتنا، يرجع لك المبلغ كامل.
طريقة الاسترجاع
راسلنا على hello@getsilko.com من الإيميل أو الرقم المسجل في حسابك. يرجع المبلغ لنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 14 يوم عمل من الموافقة.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- First month: free, no card required. If you do not subscribe, your account moves to the free plan at no cost.
- Cancellation: cancel any time from your account. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your plan until then and are not charged again. Your account then moves to the free plan and your data is kept.
- Monthly plans: no refunds for the remaining days of the month, except where required by law.
- Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of payment if no more than 10% of the first month's credits were used.
- Extra credits: non-refundable once purchased; valid for 12 months.
- Failed tasks: credits for tasks that fail on our side are returned automatically.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: refunded in full.
- Manual services and quoted projects: deposit up front, balance on delivery. Full deposit refund if cancelled before work starts, or if we cannot deliver.
- How: email hello@getsilko.com from your registered email or number. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
