Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, including data we received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) if you connected your accounts.

1. Email hello@getsilko.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number or email registered to your account.
3. We verify the request, delete your data within 30 days, and send you a confirmation with a reference code.

Removing Silko from Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Silko and click Remove. Then send us a deletion request so we delete any data received before removal.

Deleted: account data, conversations with AI employees, files and outputs, and data and permissions received from connected accounts. Retained: only records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, for the legally required period.
